It is New Years Eve – Holiday DUI Enforcement is Sure to Occur
It is not a surprise that when a holiday occurs, law enforcement begins to focus on DUI enforcement. I don’t believe many would argue with the fact that there are few holidays that rival New Year’s Eve when it comes to operators who are driving after drinking alcohol.
Tonight, during the holiday, there is no doubt that law enforcement will be cracking down on impaired and intoxicated drivers. Be sure to be safe and careful when driving, for you and for the other individuals who are on the road.
The penalties for DUI offenses are severe and the potential for injury to your reputation, employment, and others is great.
