Michael DiCindio, Esq. is the owner of DiCindio Law, LLC and has been litigating in the criminal law field for over a decade.

He has extensive experience with everything ranging from common first offense criminal matters to complex and high-profile cases that have garnered national news coverage. Never afraid to take a difficult case – he prides himself on hard work, due diligence, accessibility and always standing up for what is right.

In 2010, Mr. DiCindio graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware. During law school, his courtroom abilities were recognized numerous times.

He was elected and served as the President of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor’s Society. Additionally, he was awarded the Philadelphia Trial Lawyer’s Association James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy, which recognizes outstanding abilities in the area of trial advocacy, and was recognized with the “Best Cross-Examination” award at the Buffalo-Niagara National Mock Trial Competition in 2009. In addition, he served on the executive board of Widener Law Review as a Research Editor.

Immediately following law school, Michael was hired as a full-time Assistant District Attorney in Chester County and quickly became immersed in all aspects of the criminal justice process.

As a prosecutor, Michael was involved in the prosecution of cases including the following: homicide, criminal attempt homicide, homicide by vehicle while DUI, burglary, robbery, rape, drug-trafficking, aggravated and simple assaults, DUI, theft, and smaller drug-related offenses. He has also handled criminal appeals and PCRA hearings.

Beyond his duties at the office, he acted as an interscholastic trial team advisor at his alma mater and has served as an adjunct professor at the Widener Law Legal Education Institute.

Michael left the District Attorney’s Office to join a blossoming law firm located in Center City, Philadelphia, handling plaintiff’s personal injury litigation and criminal defense cases. He handled most of the firm’s criminal cases along with many civil cases until returning to Chester County.

DiCindio Law, LLC was opened in the fall of 2014. Mike has since represented hundreds of clients who have been charged with criminal offenses, are under investigation. His cases have been featured on the local and national news and he has been a legal correspondent on multiple news outlets including but not limited to MSNBC and Sirius Radio.

Further, he has been named a “Super Lawyer”, “Super Lawyers – Rising Star,” and Philadelphia/Suburban Life Magazine’s “Top Attorney”, in addition to multiple other prominent recognitions.

Michael has been a musician his entire life and enjoys the similarities between trial advocacy and performing on stage. If he is not working or playing music, he is enjoying his time with his wife and two children.
