There are many situations and many types of cases and offenders that will be eligible for diversionary treatment or first offender centered programs.

While not every case or defendant may be qualified, it is important that these options are explored and considered before any litigation is undertaken.

Many of these programs may permit an offender to not have a conviction once he/she successfully completes the program, and others may drastically reduce the sentence one is facing. In many cases and for many offenders, these diversionary courts are the best option.

Find out if you meet the criteria to be eligible for inclusion in one of the available programs.
